In fact, although the characters like and dislike the same items in both games, the actual wording of their responses to any gift may differ slightly. With my passion for accuracy, however, and my profound love of Harvest Moon, I wished to create a new guide specific to Harvest Moon Cute. As Harvest Moon Cute DS features all the same characters, with the addition only of another eligible bachelor named Skye, the original guide could be used for both games. I originally created this Characters guide for Harvest Moon DS, the 'boy version' of the game.
